Why is CliftonStrengths included in job search packages?
CliftonStrengths plays an important role in the job search process. We use your strengths to clarify your career direction, strengthen your marketing materials, and help you prepare for interviews with greater confidence and purpose. This often leads to stronger results in less time.
Why I have a sliding fee scale
My Career Coaching practice uses a sliding fee scale because every woman deserves access to the tools, clarity, and confidence that lead to meaningful work — not just the women who can easily afford it. When you’re unemployed, you’ll receive a lower rate; when you’re employed, your fee will be slightly higher.
No matter where you’re starting from, you’ll receive the same level of dedicated Coaching, support, and guidance. The only additional cost is the $25–$70 CliftonStrengths assessment, which gives us the insight we need to build your path forward.
I do this because I believe women should never be priced out of opportunity. Your career growth matters, your potential matters, and your future deserves investment — and I’m committed to making that accessible.
